Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support store operations during night hours. You will focus on non-selling tasks to free sales staff for customer service and selling opportunities, while ensuring stock, pricing, and displays are accurate and up to date.

The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, willingness to work overnights, and collaboration with store leadership to maintain planograms and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock for Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing and Gifts.
• Assist inventory control with on-demand counts, scanning, and display integrity.
• Execute price changes, tagging, signage, and inventory adjustments.
• Perform replenishment recovery tasks across departments (folding, repackaging, sorting, facing).
• Support visual merchandising: fixtures, end caps, signage, floor moves, and mannequin setup.
• Assist planogram execution and maintenance for hardlines departments.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak periods.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.
