Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support the store campus during night hours. The role focuses on non-selling tasks to free up time for sales opportunities and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities include replenishment, planogram updates, inventory checks, and execution of price changes. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs and availability for overnight shifts, with opportunities to contribute to omni-channel operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of retail experience is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must be available for overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Replenish inventory across departments including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Apparel, Footwear, and Gifts.
• Support inventory management with counts, scans, and display integrity checks.
• Execute temporary and permanent price changes with tagging and signage updates.
• Perform recovery tasks such as folding, repackaging, sorting and facing.
• Assist visual merchandising and planogram maintenance; update end caps and signage.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak periods.
• All other duties as assigned.
