Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support store operations during overnight hours. This role focuses on reducing non-selling tasks for Sales Outfitters, enabling legendary customer service and selling opportunities.

You will handle replenishment, price changes, planogram reviews, and visual merchandising across departments while supporting inventory accuracy and Omni fulfillment when needed. Minimum high school diploma and two years retail experience required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Two years of retail experience required

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock across Fishing/Hunting/Camping/Marine apparel and gifts
• Support inventory management and on-demand counts with the Inventory Control team
• Execute temporary and permanent price changes including tagging and signage
• Perform recovery tasks: folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, re-hanging
• Assist visual merchandising: fixture replacement, signage, end caps, floor moves
• Support planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines
• Support Omni fulfillment during peak periods
• All other duties as assigned
