Bass Pro Shops in Sunset Hills, Missouri seeks an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support store operations and improve customer service. The role focuses on non-selling tasks during overnight hours to free time for merchandising, pricing updates, and replenishment across Fishing, Hunting, Camping and apparel sections.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least two years of retail experience. The position requires overnight flexibility and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.
• Identify and replenish out of stock or low stock inventory.
• Communicate price changes and replenishment to leadership.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general replenishment for all areas.
• Support inventory management with on demand counts.
• Perform price change execution including tagging and signage.
• Perform recovery tasks across departments.
• Support visual merchandising and planogram maintenance.
• Assist OMNI fulfillment during peak times.
