Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support store operations in Springfield, MO. The role focuses on non-selling tasks during overnight hours to enable efficient completion of replenishment, merchandising, and inventory duties, contributing to legendary customer service.

The position requires the ability to work overnights, familiarity with planograms, and experience with inventory replenishment and price changes.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail experience.
• Experience operating System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review planograms and execute visual directives.
• Capable of overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conducts general replenishment for all areas.
• Supports inventory management with on-demand counts and display updates.
• Performs temporary and permanent price changes with tagging and signage.
• Executes recovery tasks across departments (folding, repackaging, facing, re-hanging).
• Assists with planogram implementation and visual merchandising directives.
• Supports omni-channel fulfillment during peak business.
