Budget Rent a Car of Atlanta is hiring a Customer Service Agent for the Hartsfield Airport location on the 3rd/overnight shift (11PM-7AM). The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends and experience with overnight shifts is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with computerized systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Retail and sales experience.
• Experience working in an outdoors environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers using standard dialogue.
• Address customer inquiries including charges and directions.
• Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions.
• Monitor traffic control.
• Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage.
• Report damages to on-duty supervisor.
• Scan returning vehicles back into system.
• Provide computerized receipts to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies, pricing and promotions.
• Support a team environment by assisting other agents.
