Job summary

Budget Rent a Car of Atlanta is hiring a Customer Service Agent for the Hartsfield Airport location, working the 3rd/overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM. Candidates must be flexible to nights and weekends, with overnight experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and use of computerized systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in retail sales environment.
• Experience working outdoors or in an outdoor setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers using standard dialogue
• Address customer inquiries, such as explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.
• Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions
• Monitor traffic control
• Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage
• Report damages to on-duty supervisor
• Scan returning vehicles back into system
• Provide computerized receipt to customer
• Maintain current knowledge and adhere to guidelines on all policies and promotions
• Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed
