Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Customer Service Agent for Budget Rent a Car at Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. The role covers the 3rd/overnight shift (11PM-7AM) with flexibility for nights and weekends.

The position offers competitive pay, paid vacations/holidays, incentive bonuses, perfect attendance bonuses, and a 401K. The responsibilities include greeting customers, handling inquiries, vehicle exchanges, and processing returns with accuracy, while adhering to company policies and training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Professional communication skills.
• Valid Georgia driver's license.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers using standard dialogue.
• Address customer inquiries, such as explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.
• Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions.
• Monitor traffic control.
• Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage.
• Report damages to on-duty supervisor.
• Scan returning vehicles back into system.
• Provide computerized receipt to customer.
• Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc.
• Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed
