Budget Rent a Car of Atlanta is hiring a Customer Service Agent for the Hartsfield Airport location on the 3rd/overnight shift (11PM-7AM). The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends and experience with overnight shifts is preferred.

• Support a team environment by assisting other agents.

Budget Rent a Car of Atlanta is currently hiring for a Customer Service Agent at our Hartsfield Airport location to work our 3rd/over night shift (11PM-7AM). Qualified candidates must be flexible to nights and weekends. Experience with overnight shifts strongly preferred. Responsibilities

• Greet customers using standard dialogue
• Address customer inquiries, such as explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.
• Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions
• Monitor traffic control
• Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage
• Report damages to on-duty supervisor
• Scan returning vehicles back into system
• Provide computerized receipt to customer
• Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc.
• Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge and use of computerized systems
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Retail and sales experience
• Previous experience working in an outdoors environment

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Professional communication skills
• Problem resolution experience
• Minimum age of 18
• Valid Georgia driver's license
• Clean driving record
