Fortrex is seeking an HR Support Specialist for the 3rd shift to support Site Managers and overnight team members across locations from a remote home office. You will handle time clock issues, benefits questions, ATS/onboarding troubleshooting, and policy guidance in real time.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) required.
• Ability to work 3rd shift hours: 11:00 PM start, 8-hour shift with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
• Access to a private, distraction-free home workspace with reliable, high-speed internet suitable for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated overnight HR support person for Site Managers, helping them navigate team member relations issues and policy applications.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for 3rd shift team members, answering questions in real time.
• Troubleshoot time clock issues, benefits questions, ATS onboarding problems, and escalate as needed.
• Assist onboarding and orientation tasks that occur during the overnight shift.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR records and adapt to shifting priorities overnight.
