Job summary

Fortrex and Safe Foods is seeking an overnight HR Support Specialist for the 3rd shift, working remotely from a home office across locations in the United States. You will be the dedicated HR resource for Site Managers, handling time/attendance, benefits inquiries, and onboarding issues when other HR staff are off-site.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (Spanish/English), highly independent, and comfortable navigating HR systems.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Able to work 3rd shift: 11:00 PM start, 8-hour shift with 30-min unpaid lunch.
Access to private home workspace with reliable internet for remote work.
Self-starter who works independently and adapts quickly.

Responsibilities

Act as overnight HR support for Site Managers on policy, time and attendance, and escalation handling.
Serve as primary HR contact for 3rd shift team members with real-time issue resolution.
Troubleshoot time clock issues and onboarding in ATS, directing complex cases to HR Manager as needed.
Assist with onboarding tasks during overnight shift and maintain HR systems knowledge.
Maintain confidentiality of HR records and participate in process improvement by reporting recurring issues.
