Job summary

Vivid Impact seeks an HR Generalist to serve as a trusted onsite partner handling team member relations, onboarding, policy interpretation, performance support, workplace investigations, and safety programs. This role will be bilingual in English and Spanish to support a diverse workforce and will manage recruiting until volume supports a dedicated TA specialist.

You will work Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Working knowledge of employment practices, HR compliance, and HR documentation; UKG Ready or similar HRIS experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, confidentiality, and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR resource for leaders and team members on policies, performance, attendance, employee relations, and workplace concerns.
• Address employee relations matters, support corrective actions, conduct workplace investigations, and elevate high-risk issues as appropriate.
• Provide bilingual HR support to English- and Spanish-speaking team members.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate communication, offers, and recruiting metrics.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities and new hire orientation, partnering with HRIS to ensure accurate and timely employee information.
• Maintain occupational safety records and support employee engagement, culture initiatives, company events, and other HR responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested by Leadership.
