Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist for a full-time, on-site role in Fort Worth. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations while ensuring policy compliance and a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English/Spanish, have 1–2 years HR experience, and possess strong communication and collaboration skills to support leaders and staff across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including posting job openings, screening resumes, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on workplace issues and employee relations.
• Administer company policies and ensure compliance with employment laws; stay updated with regulatory changes.
• Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs and open enrollment.
• Support performance management and goal setting; provide feedback to strengthen performance.
• Partner with leadership to coordinate training sessions and development programs.
• Process payroll for salaried and hourly employees; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
