Job summary

Hospital for Behavioral Medicine seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) for overnight shifts to oversee patient care delivery in alignment with standards of care and hospital policy. You will supervise staff, monitor regulatory compliance, and assist in staffing and treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Licensed to practice by the Massachusetts Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility.
• CPR certification and CPI training within 30 days of employment, and prior to restraining procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the overnight shift and ensure coordinated patient care.
• Ensure staff adhere to Standards of Care, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop staffing schedules according to patient needs and unit policies.
• Coordinate treatment planning and infection control, safety, and risk management on the unit.
