Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of patient records.
• Interventions based on psychiatric and medical nursing procedures and care plans.
• Educate patients and families on identified needs and health basics.
• Document nursing interventions and patient responses in the treatment plan.
• Respond to psychiatric and medical emergencies with appropriate interventions.
• Advocate for patient rights and ensure patient safety.
