Job summary

Pembroke Hospital is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for overnight shifts to lead the inpatient nursing team on a part-time basis. You will coordinate admissions, supervise nursing care, and ensure alignment with our standards and patient-centered philosophy.

You will provide leadership to staff, manage shift operations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain safe, efficient care for teens and adults in a 120-bed acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
• MA Registered Nurse (RN) license required for Massachusetts.
• CPR certification and crisis management skills are essential.
• 4 years of related experience in nursing leadership or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Have administrative authority and accountability for nursing services during the shift.
