Job summary

Regard Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health / Substance Abuse Registered Nurse (RN) SUPV to join our night and day shift team at a behavioral health and substance abuse treatment facility. The role focuses on overnight clinical care and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to support patients on their recovery journey.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license (Texas) and has experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment, with strong assessment skills and

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas (required).
• Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, or substance abuse treatment (required).
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight nursing care for patients in a behavioral health and substance abuse treatment setting.
• Monitor patient health status and withdrawal symptoms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform nursing assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and clinical staff to support treatment plans.
• Respond to patient needs and emergencies during overnight hours.
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for recovery.
