Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Understanding of 12-Step Programs and their application in SUD recovery.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
Ability to work in a fast-paced inpatient environment.
Proficiency with technology and office systems.

Responsibilities

Set operational standards, policies, and procedures for PHP Overnight operations.
Review and approve applications for prospective residents.
Lead intake, belongings processing, and orientation.
Monitor resident safety and conduct weekly meetings.
Coordinate transportation and plan daily activities.
Maintain resident accounts ledger and random drug testing.
Uphold confidentiality and provide customer service.
Perform other duties as assigned.
