Job summary

Memphis Recovery Centers is looking for an Overnight Patient Monitor to join our overnight team at a residential facility serving men. You will supervise and support residents through evening and night routines and ensure a safe, clean environment.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, documentation, and teamwork. If you are reliable, physically able to climb stairs, and hold a high school diploma with a valid driver’s license, we want you on our dedicated team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to climb up and down stairs.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach, and supervise clients in activities of daily living, including morning, bedtime, and overnight procedures, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Provide general supervision and rule enforcement overnight.
• Documentation regarding patient care
• Hourly scans of the patient wing
• Assist in the transportation of clients as necessary in agency vehicles.

SHIFT: Overnights (example schedule: 9 pm - 7 am)

What You Will Do

• Teach, coach, and supervise clients in activities of daily living, including morning, bedtime, and overnight procedures, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Provide general supervision and rule enforcement overnight.
• Documentation regarding patient care
• Hourly scans of the patient wing
• Assist in the transportation of clients as necessary in agency vehicles.

What You Will Need

• High School Diploma or GED (REQUIRED)
• Ability to climb up and down stairs.
• Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED)
