Avenues Recovery Center is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for the Overnight Shift at the Bucks location. You will manage daily residential operations, supervise staff, and help maintain a safe, supportive recovery environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one year of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
