Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk in Black Hawk, Colorado, seeks an Overnight Public Areas EVS Supervisor to lead the overnight Public Areas, housekeeping, and EVS teams, ensuring top cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

The role plans deep-cleaning projects, allocates staff, conducts inspections, maintains equipment, and coaches team members to uphold Monarch’s luxury standards in a sophisticated environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience supervising Public Areas, EVS, Housekeeping, or similar operations.
• Graveyard/overnight shift experience preferred.
• Bilingual is highly preferred.
• Experience planning, scheduling, and supervising deep-cleaning operations.
• Strong leadership with the ability to keep a team focused and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overnight Public Areas, Housekeeping, and EVS team to meet cleanliness standards.
• Plan and supervise deep-cleaning operations including scheduling and staffing.
• Assign team members based on workload and priorities.
• Manage call-offs, attendance issues, and staffing shortages.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and presentation.
• Provide hands-on support and lead by example.
• Hold team members accountable for performance and safety.
• Communicate operational updates with Management and other shifts.
• Maintain documentation and follow-up on projects and deficiencies.
• Ensure proper use and care of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Assist with training and coaching of team members.
