Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado is seeking an Overnight Public Areas / EVS Supervisor to lead the overnight Public Areas, Housekeeping, and EVS teams. The role ensures high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest experience while planning deep-cleaning projects and managing staffing across the shift.

The ideal candidate will have overnight shift leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience as a Supervisor or Lead in Public Areas/EVS/Housekeeping is required or preferred.
• Graveyard/overnight shift experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and supervise deep-cleaning operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to keep a team focused, productive, and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overnight Public Areas, Housekeeping, and EVS teams to meet cleanliness standards.
• Plan and supervise deep-cleaning operations, including scheduling and staffing.
• Assign team members based on workload and staffing levels.
• Manage call-offs, attendance issues, and staffing changes.
• Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness and presentation.
• Provide hands-on support and lead by example.
• Hold staff accountable for performance, safety, and standards.
• Communicate updates and follow-up with management and other shifts.
• Maintain proper use of equipment and supplies.
• Complete required documentation and reports.
