Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor to provide guidance, supervision, and support during overnight hours. You will assist individuals with morning routines and daily living activities, while promoting health, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, health/medication protocol execution, coordinating transportation when needed, and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow agency procedures during emergencies.
• Implement health, medical, and medication protocols per policy.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and coordinating travel needs.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation timely and accurately.
