Job summary

Open Sky Community Services seeks Awake Overnight Counselors to provide guidance and support during overnight hours, assisting with morning routines and daily living activities. Counselors promote health, safety, and a clean, safe environment while empowering individuals toward independence and community inclusion.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, health protocol implementation, transportation coordination, and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record are required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow agency procedures during emergencies.
• Implement health, medical, and medication protocols per policy.
• Assist individuals with transportation and travel coordination as needed.
• Review, complete, and maintain required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
