Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, and professional development to staff.
• Facilitate regular staff meetings and supervision sessions.
• Manage and monitor program budgets and administrative duties.
• Develop and monitor procedures to ensure health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
• Assist individuals with transportation and community resource access.
