Job summary

Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Night Shift Production Supervisor for an established industrial manufacturing operation specializing in nonwoven materials. This direct-hire role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee overnight production, build a strong team, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of manufacturing leadership, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and experience with SAP.

Qualifications

Requires associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
Prefer heavy industrial/nonwoven/textile/paper/converting background.

Responsibilities

Oversee nightly manufacturing operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and efficiency goals.
Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor equipment and coordinate troubleshooting to reduce downtime and maintain output.
Lead, train, and develop production staff through coaching and feedback.
Manage scheduling, training, performance, and accountability per policy.
Communicate goals and schedule changes; ensure smooth shift handoffs.
Track production metrics and identify improvements to reduce waste and costs.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency and operational excellence.
Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to resolve production challenges.
