Job summary

Inteplast Group is seeking an Overnight Production Supervisor to lead the shift, coordinate with team leads and operators, and drive safety, quality, and productivity on the production floor.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with engineering preference and at least 3 years of manufacturing leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing leadership capacity.
• Experience managing a shift environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Technical skills required.
• Experience in Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist team leads and assistant team leads.
• Enforce all SOC's.
• Assist in staffing and production operator functions.
• Meet or exceed production objectives and align staff with objectives.
• Oversee production functions related to safety, maintenance, quality, and scheduling.
• Monitor, report, and initiate action on efficiencies, quality, and costs.
