Element2 Group is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Fall River, MA. The role oversees overnight manufacturing operations, ensures safety, quality, and productivity, and reports to leadership with shift updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership or production supervision experience.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience with production metrics and ERP/MRP systems.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production employees on 3rd shift.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality.
• Monitor productivity, scrap, downtime, and labor utilization.
• Coach, mentor, and hold employees accountable for performance and attendance.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality to troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate production updates to incoming leadership.
• Assist with employee training, onboarding, and performance management.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow throughout the shift.
