Job summary

The Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking a on-site Receptionist/Aide for Regina Cleri Community in Shrewsbury, MO. This PRN role includes answering phones, directing visitors, assisting priests with light administrative tasks, and supporting health-related duties as needed.

Shifts are 4 or 8 hours with a 24/7 front office schedule; overnight availability is required. The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail, excellent communication, flexibility, and a compassionate, teamwork-oriented

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Communicates clearly with visitors, priests and staff.
• Shows empathy and compassion when interacting with retired priests.
• Maintains flexibility to cover varied shifts, including overnights.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and log/direct visitors.
• Assist priests with minor administrative tasks and errands.
• Handle emergencies by contacting leadership and services.
• Light housekeeping in common areas; prepare spaces for mealtimes.
