Santé Group seeks a PRN Peer Recovery Specialist (overnights) to join the Carroll County Crisis Response Team in Westminster, MD. This on-site role requires weekend shifts, crisis support, and collaboration with families and community providers.

Responsibilities include on-scene assessments, stabilization, and developing treatment plans. A CPRS certification or willingness to obtain it within a year is required, with 2+ years of lived experience in recovery and related work experience.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years related experience.
• CPRS certification or willingness to obtain within 1 year of hire.
• At least 2 years in full recovery AND 3 years lived experience with mental illness, substance abuse, or co-occurring disorder.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance.

Aufgaben

• Provide peer support to consumers and families.
• Assist in on-scene assessments for danger, suicide, and environmental factors.
• Perform crisis intervention and stabilization, including de-escalation and crisis planning.
• Create referral recommendations and develop treatment plans using agency/community resources.
• Partner with local law enforcement and other community providers.
• Complete documentation thoroughly and timely.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
