The Santé Group is seeking a dedicated Co-Responder Peer Recovery Specialist in Cambridge, MD to support crisis intervention and on-scene assessments under clinical supervision. You will develop crisis plans, document interactions, and collaborate with families and community providers to coordinate care.

Requirements include at least 3 years in full recovery and 5 years lived experience, plus a valid driver's license.

Competenze

• 3 years in full recovery and 5 years lived experience.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance.

Mansioni

• Assist in performing an on scene assessment and treatment plan.
• Assist in performing a danger assessment and a crisis assessment.
• Effectively perform crisis intervention including de-escalation and crisis planning.
• Design appropriate referral recommendations using available community resources.
• Address populations including children, adolescents, adults, dual-diagnosis and elderly.
• Collaborate with families and involved persons to de-escalate crises and implement treatment plans.
• Document interactions using CRS procedures.
• Coordinate with first responders and understand their workflow.
• Participate in trainings and provide community education when needed.
• Mentor interns and new staff.
