Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Telephone/PBX Operator in Miami Beach to be the first contact for guests, handling all calls with professionalism and efficiency. You will multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding service.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage requests calmly, with flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience operating a PBX or multi-line phone system preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests and handle all calls with professionalism.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Support basic administrative tasks as needed and assist with guest inquiries.
