Job summary

Mondrian South Beach is seeking a professional to manage the front desk PBX and guest communications. You will respond promptly to calls, route inquiries, and help coordinate emergency communications with designated staff.

The role requires a polished appearance and strong customer service focus. Responsibilities include maintaining systems, logging messages, and providing guests with accurate information about resort services and amenities.

Qualifications

• > High School Diploma or equivalent.
• < 1-2 years related experience or equivalent.
• < Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• < Proficient with Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.
• < Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Assist with emergencies by contacting designated personnel.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures and standard operating standards.
• Respond to guest requests and route calls to appropriate departments.
• Record and relay messages accurately and timely; activate voicemail and wake-up calls.
• Provide information on resort facilities and services to guests and residents.
