Davidson Hospitality Group in Miami Beach is seeking a Telephone/PBX Operator who will be the first point of contact for guests, handling all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a welcoming hotel experience for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience operating a PBX or multi-line phone system preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming and outgoing guest calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Route calls to appropriate departments and assist guests as needed.
• Multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining accuracy.
