Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of customer service experience, and a valid driver’s license. Shift work includes overnights with rotating days off.

Qualifications

• This role requires a high school diploma or GED with demonstrated customer service, teamwork, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making.
• Evidence of conflict management and resolution skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, verify appointments and maintain courteous interactions.
• Enforce the institutional visitor policy and assist in navigation within facilities.
• Assist with wheelchair/stretcher transport, deliveries and courier tasks.
• Potentially drive Mayo Clinic vehicles for courier runs between locations.
