Parking Management Company (PMC) is a national leader in hospitality-focused parking services. The Hotel Self-Parking Lot Auditor position is based in Annapolis, MD with hourly pay of $17.00–$19.50 and either full-time or part-time status.

Shifts include day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holidays. The role emphasizes dependable, detail-oriented guest service, accurate revenue records, and safety in a busy parking environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or parking operations preferred.
• Ability to monitor parking activity and process payments accurately.
• Provide professional guest service and report discrepancies promptly.
• Comfortable working independently in an active parking environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vehicles entering, exiting, and parking within the facility.
• Issue tickets and accurately process payments, validations, and receipts.
• Reconcile transactions and complete required shift, audit, and revenue reports.
• Maintain accurate parking records and report discrepancies or unusual activity.
• Inspect the facility for violations, safety hazards, and damaged equipment.
• Follow established procedures for enforcement, cash handling, safety, and incident reporting.
• Assist guests with payments, equipment, directions, and questions.
• Respond professionally to guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Help maintain safe vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow.
• Keep the parking booth and surrounding area clean and organized.
• Communicate clearly with guests and hotel staff.
