Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a team leader to drive exceptional guest service at Busch Gardens. You will lead a high-energy team, ensure a safe environment for guests and animals, and develop ambassadors through on-the-job training and coaching.

The role requires overnight shifts, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to lift 75 lbs. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a focus on maintaining high standards and regulatory compliance across park operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (BA/BS).
• CPR/AED training and certification required.
• Able to lift or move 75 lbs and work overnight.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to train and coach ambassadors and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain park safety.
• Model a positive attitude, high energy, and commitment to quality.
• Develop on-the-job training and coach ambassadors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, park policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory and supplies; schedule compactor pulls; monitor labor.
