Job summary

Busch Gardens is seeking dedicated overnight custodial staff to keep the park clean and ready before opening. You will work in a team, perform routine custodial tasks, and follow SOPs to deliver a quality guest experience.

Must be 18+, able to work 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, and lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits include free park admission, ticket discounts for family and friends, and scholarship opportunities.

What You Get To Do

Working in Overnight Custodial, you’ll perform a wide variety of prep duties prior to the park opening. Working in a team environment, you will model a positive attitude, a high level of energy and an unyielding commitment to quality. You will:

• Work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional manner
• Perform routine custodial services Assist with cleaning of equipment and proper storage
• Follow standard operating procedures necessary to perform job functions to serve a quality product
• Provide excellent service in an efficient and courteous manner
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business need

What It Takes To Succeed

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to work overnight shifts between 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. (Hours may change based on park hours and business needs)
• Have basic understanding of custodial and grounds equipment
• Currently have valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving guidelines preferred
• Communicate effectively and professionally with ambassadors and all others conducting business on our properties
• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis. Some specific work areas may require heavier lifting
• Perform the following physical activities on a frequent basis: kneel, squat, stand, walk, climb, bend floor- to- waist/waist-to-overhead and reach overhead, simple grasp and fine manipulation tasks
• Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift
• Work a flexible schedule based on business need, to include overnights, weekends, and holidays

Compensatio n: 14.00 USD
