Job summary

Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay is seeking a dynamic team member to passionately engage guests and deliver education on animals and park operations. You will initiate conversations, provide informative presentations at habitats, and promote educational tours with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to provide outstanding guest service.
• Flexibility to work up to 28 hours a week, including weekends and holidays.
• Outdoor environment: heat, humidity, cold.

Responsibilities

• Represent Busch Gardens with a positive attitude and quality.
• Initiate interactions to provide animal and park information.
• Conduct informative animal presentations on microphone at habitats and explain veterinary procedures.
• Organize, inventory, and prepare materials for educational experiences.
• Lead tours of the Animal Care Center and promote educational tours.
• Ensure guest safety at exhibits and behind the scenes.
• Maintain professional standards in high-stress guest interactions.
• Communicate with Ambassadors, Vendors, and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
