• Coordinate logistics for events to ensure smooth operations.
• Organize logistics for office moves and handling of materials.
• Provide back-up reception/switchboard/mailroom support as needed.
• Maintain and update office systems, policies, and procedures for compliance.
• Liaise with corporate entities, vendors and suppliers for smooth cooperation.
