Entegris in Aurora, NY is seeking a 3rd shift Operations Associate (Sunday-Thursday, 10 pm–6 am) to manufacture CMP Pads and maintain quality and safety standards. You will handle data entry, record keeping, and participate in 6S/LEAN activities while ensuring timely production and adherence to policies.

The role requires 1–3 years of production experience, HS diploma/GED, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. PPE is provided; weekend/overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of production experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and use PPE (steel-toe shoes, safety glasses).
• Strong data entry, attendance and reliability in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture Entegris CMP Pads using a variety of equipment (laminator, CNC, die press, brush clean).
• Perform data entry and record keeping.
• Conduct quality testing and inspections.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Understand and adhere to Entegris values, procedures, and policies.
• Participate in 6S/LEAN continuous improvement activities.
• Comply with plant safety initiatives and perform production tasks (cycle counts, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, inventory).
