Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Aurora, IL is seeking a 2nd shift Operations Associate (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM) to manufacture CMP Pads and support LEAN manufacturing activities.

You will perform data entry, quality checks, and maintain a safe, clean work environment as part of a dynamic production team. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of manufacturing experience, and the ability to read procedures, perform basic math, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and understand documented processes.
• Ability to perform basic math and data entry.
• Ability to use measuring devices and hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture CMP Pads using equipment (laminator, CNC, die press, brush clean).
• Perform data entry and record keeping.
• Conduct quality testing and inspections.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Adhere to Entegris values and site policies.
• Engage in 6S/LEAN continuous improvement activities.
• Comply with plant safety initiatives.
• Perform production-related tasks (cycle count, maintenance, inventory).
