Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Aurora is seeking a 3rd shift Operations Associate (Sunday–Thursday, 10 pm–6 am) to manufacture CMP pads, operate equipment, and support safety and quality programs.

You will perform data entry and quality testing, participate in LEAN/6S activities, and maintain a safe, clean work environment while adhering to company policies. The role requires 1–3 years of production experience, a HS diploma or GED, and reliable attendance; starting pay is $21–$23 per hour plus shift

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and wear PPE as needed.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift and maintain reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture CMP Pads using a variety of manufacturing equipment.
• Perform data entry and record keeping.
• Conduct quality testing and inspections.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Engage in LEAN manufacturing activities and 6S teams.
• Comply with plant safety initiatives.
• Support inventory and maintenance tasks as needed.
