Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Aurora, IL, is seeking an Operations Associate II for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2 pm–10 pm) to join the Pads Production Division. You will manufacture CMP Pads using a range of equipment and perform data entry and quality testing.

The role emphasizes safety, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have a high school diploma and manufacturing experience; physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to use measuring devices and hand/power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture CMP Pads using a variety of equipment and perform data entry.
• Conduct quality testing and inspections to ensure specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment and follow safety protocols.
• Participate in LEAN and 6S continuous improvement activities.
• Perform miscellaneous production tasks including cycle counts and preventive maintenance.
