Job summary

Entegris is seeking an Operations Associate at our Aurora site (Aurora 500) for a 1st shift role, Mon-Fri 6 am to 2 pm. This position supports the Pads Production division and requires attention to procedures and safety.

You will work with CMP pad manufacturing, data entry, quality testing, and continuous improvement activities in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and manufacturing experience are preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic math computations and data entry.
• Ability to use measuring devices and hand/power tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture Entegris CMP Pads using a variety of manufacturing equipment (laminator, CNC, die press, brush clean).
• Perform required data entry and record keeping.
• Perform required quality testing and inspections.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment.
• Understand and adhere to Entegris values, procedures, policies, etc.
• Engage in continuous improvement (6S) teams and LEAN manufacturing activities.
• Comply with plant safety initiatives.
• Perform miscellaneous production-related tasks (cycle count, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, inventory).
