Job summary

Entegris is seeking an Operations Associate for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2 PM to 10 PM) in the Pads Production Division at the Aurora site. You will operate CMP pad manufacturing equipment, perform quality testing, maintain a clean, safe workplace, and participate in LEAN initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and up to 1 year of manufacturing experience. The role offers training and a competitive pay range from $21 to $23 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry.
• Ability to use measuring devices and hand/power tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and walk and stand during shift.
• All employees go through 30-day on-the-job training in a fast-paced, hard-working environment.
• All employees are expected to be flexible, working in varying departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture Entegris CMP Pads using a variety of manufacturing equipment.
• Perform required data entry and record keeping.
• Perform required quality testing and inspections.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment.
• Understand and adhere to Entegris values, procedures, policies, etc.
• Engage in continuous improvement (6S) teams and LEAN manufacturing activities.
• Comply with plant safety initiatives.
• Perform miscellaneous production-related tasks (cycle count, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, inventory).
