Job summary

HRI Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, in Brookline, MA, seeks a Nursing Supervisor to pick up overnight per diem shifts (11pm–7:30am) and occasional evening/weekend coverage. The role leads nursing operations and ensures safe, therapeutic care.

You will collaborate with nursing management to maintain 24/7 operations, manage staff and census, and uphold high-quality patient care within a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license required.
• BSN degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of managerial or supervisory nursing experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital.
• Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations.
• Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Provide milieu management.
