Job summary

HRI Hospital in Brookline, MA (a 66-bed psychiatric facility within Universal Health Services) is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for a part-time night schedule (7pm–7am) every other weekend, with optional weekday shifts. You will lead nursing operations, collaborate with management on 24/7 care plans, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for inpatients and the multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license required.
• BSN degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of managerial or supervisory nursing experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership in managing hospital operations.
• Collaborate with nursing management to deliver clinical leadership and cohesive 24/7 nursing plans.
• Manage staff and census to ensure safe, therapeutic care.
• Provide milieu management.
