Job summary

HRI Hospital in Brookline, MA, seeks a Nursing Supervisor to pick up overnight, evening, and weekend shifts on a per diem basis. The role supports 24/7 operations within a 66-bed behavioral health facility as part of a large private mental health system.

Responsibilities include leading nursing operations, coordinating with management on 24/7 plans, and maintaining a safe, therapeutic milieu for patients. RN license and BSN are required with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license required.
• BSN required.
• Minimum 1 year of managerial or supervisory nursing experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital.
• Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations.
• Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Provide milieu management.
