Job summary

HRI Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to cover overnight, evening, and weekend shifts on a per diem basis in Brookline, MA. The role supports 24/7 nursing operations and collaborates closely with nurse managers to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

Ideal candidates hold an MA RN license (BSN preferred) with at least one year of supervisory experience in inpatient behavioral health, and are committed to mentoring staff within a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
• BSN required.
• Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory nursing experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital.
• Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations.
• Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Provide milieu management.
